UK Health Spot Complaint

On the 7th of september I ordered via internet 2 products for around £19,00.
As the company is in the UK and so am I, I thought it would arrive quite soon.
After a week this hadn't arrived yet and I emailed the company.
I received no reply and no products.
Two days later I sent an other email and again I received no reply what so ever.
It has been 9 days now without any sight of these products or any response from this company.
Seems to me they are charging for something they never planned to send in the first place.
